The Management of Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja, invites reputable and competent Contractors with relevant cognate experience and good track performance to Tender for the following project:

Technical Requirements

Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents

1. Comprehensive company profile.
2. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
3. Evidence of Tax remittance and Clearance in the last three (3) years (2011, 2012 & 2013).
4. Evidence of experience of similar supplies.

Collection of Tender Document

Interested bidders are to collect the Tender document from the Procurement FMC Lokoja on presentation of a copy and original receipt of non-refundable Tender fee of # 15,000.00 paid to the revenue unit.

Deadline for Submissions

Interested Contractors must submit their documents in two (2) separate sealed envelope marked “Technical” and “Financial” on the top right hand side of the envelope on or before 12.00 noon Monday 8^th September, 2014, and addressed to: The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, No. 1 Salihu Ibrahim Way, Lokoja, Kogi State.

Opening of Bids

Opening of bids shall take place on Monday 8^th September, 2014, by 12.00 noon in the Board Room FMC Lokoja and all bidders/representatives are invited.
