Invitation to Tender
1. Introduction
The Federal Ministry of Information through the Communications Project Implementation Unit of Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) intends to undertake the procurement of some goods. Accordingly and in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, invites tenders from reputable companies with proven experience to tender for the underlisted supplies:
- Projects and Scope Of Work
LOT 1: The supply of 2 no Toyota Hilux vehicle
LOT 2: The supply of 2 no Toyota Hiace Bus
LOT 3: The supply of 2 no Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Jeep
- Tender Requirements
Interested Companies are expected to possess the following basic requirements:
(i) Evidence of Company’s Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the Last 3 Years.
(iii) Evidence of VAT Registration and Past Remittances.
(iv) Evidence of Compliance with Pensions Act 2004.
(v) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Contribution.
(vi) Company’s Profile reflecting experience and works of similar nature and value.
(vii) Curriculum Vitae (CV) including relevant experience of key personnel.
(viii) Evidence of financial capability and support from Bank.
(ix) Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years i.e. 2011, 2012 & 2013.
Please note:
- Tender must be submitted separately for each lot.
- Interested companies will be required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) in bank draft in favour of Federal Ministry of Information to obtain full tender documents for any of the advertised lot
- The Notice of Invitation to tender shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Federal Ministry of Information nor shall it entitle any company to make claims whatsoever or seek any indemnity from the Ministry.
5. Submission of Tender Documents
The Tender Documents should be neatly packaged in a sealed envelope and marked at the top right hand corner “Confidential Tender Document” with the lot number stated and addressed to:

- Date of Submission
The completed tender documents should reach as The Secretary’ Ministerial Tenders’ Board above not later than 12.00noon on Monday, 22nd September 2014. The tenders will be opened at the Ministry’s Conference Room, 8th floor Radio House, immediately after the close of submission at 2:00pm.
