Introduction
The Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo hereby invites interested and reputable contractors, companies with relevant experience and good track record to tender for 2014 capital projects.
Details of the Projects:-
Lot 1: Completion of Amenity Complex
Lot 2: Construction of Maternal and Child Health Complex
Lot 3: Procurement of Essential Medical Equipment
Lot 4: Lassa Fever Emergency Supplies/Public Awareness Campaign.
Tender Requirements:
Interested bidders are to submit the following:
- Name/Address, Telephone numbers of the contractor
- Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of Experience with similar jobs in the last 3 years
- Evidence of current Tax clearance for 3 years
- Evidence of staff pension scheme.
- Evidence of registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- Evidence of financial capability to handle the job
- Evidence of VAT registration
- Name(s) and address of Bankers.
- Company profile with names and qualifications of key personnel.
- Evidence of payment of non-re fundable fees of twenty five thousand naira (25,000.00). Tender fees to the finance department of Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo.
- Presentation of original documents (2-11) above for sighting.
- Documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Medical Director’s office, Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo. Tenders should indicate clearly on the right hand corner of the envelope what tendered for.
Tender will be opened at the Board Room of Federal Medical Cenntre, Jalingo at 12.00noon on Monday September, 2014.
NB: The Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo is neither committed nor obliged to reply any company found suitable.
Also all expenses incurred in preparing the Tender document are to be borne solely by the contractors/suppliers concerned.
