Projects
The Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu intends to procure and install Point- to-Point Fibre Optics Internet Connection in its Central Library, using the 2007/2008/2009/2010 (Merged) Library Intervention:
Tenders are therefore invited from capable and reputable ICT Technology Companies in Nigeria for the afore-mentioned project.
Tender Requirement
(1) Compliance to global best practices in Software Engineering.
(2) Compliance to best practices in Network Engineering
(3) Registration with Nigeria Cooperate Affairs Commission
(4) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(5) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years ending in December 2013.
(6) Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate with TIN NO and Past remittances for the last three (3) years.
(7) Evidence of registration as a Contractor with Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.
(8) Evidence of payment of Education Tax.
(9) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any Officer of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director. Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that at information presented in its bid are true and correct.
(10) Company profit with CVs of key Officers including photocopies of relevant professional/technical qualifications.
(11) Verification Evidence of successful completion of similar works within the past three (3) years and attach copies of letters of awards and certificates of successful completion.
Payment of Non refundable Fee
Interested Company shall pay non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50, 000.00) only in certified Bank Draft payable to the institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.
Submission of Proposals
The documents for pre-qualification should be enveloped, sealed -waxed and marked on the top left hand corner with the inscription Expression of Interest addressed and submitted to the

Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents shall be opened in the Council Chamber of the Institute 23rd February 2015 at 1.30 pm. The concerned Companies and general public are invited to the opening of the pre-qualification documents
