Invitation for the Submission of Expression of Interest for the Supply of Drugs, Medical Equipment and Consumables to the Central Bank of Nigeria
The Central Bank of Nigeria is proposing to provide Drugs, Medical Equipment and Consumables to its Clinics in Abuja, Lagos, Bauchi, Kano, Enugu and Ibadan.
Consequently, the Bank wishes to invite reputable manufactures/accredited dealers to express interest to undertake the project.
SUPPLY OF DRUGS, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA (Ref: CBN/MSD/2015/001)
Prequalification Requirement
Interested and competent firms wishing to carry out the above job must submit the following documents with the expression of interest:
Mandatory (Without which the companies will be disqualified)
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
iii. Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years
iv. Current clearance certificate from National Pension Commission (PENCOM)
v. Evidence of payment of training contributions of ITF (Industrial Training Fund)
vi. Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council (FRC)
vii. Certificate of registration and retention of premises
viii. Evidence / proof of being manufacturer of the products or proof of accreditation for the marketing of the product in case of pharmaceutical importer/sole agent
ix. Current annual license to practice as pharmaceutical chemists of the company’s superintendent pharmacy.
Others
x. Corporate profile of the firm including CV of key personnel, registered address, functional contract email address, GSM phone number(s), facsimile numbers(s).
xi. Audit accounts in the last three (3) years dully stamped by licensed auditors.
xii. Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past.
xiii. Reference letter from a Bank stating the financial ability of the vendor to carry out such project
Submission
Submissions should be forwarded in a sealed waxed envelope boldly marked at the top left corner:
“Expression of interest for the supply of …… to the Central
Bank of Nigeria”
And addressed to:
The Secretary, Major Contract Tenders Committee,
2nd Floor, Wing C,
CBN Head Office Complex,
Central Business District,
Abuja, FCT Nigeria.
Closing Date
All submissions must be received at the above address not later than 12noon on June 29th, 2015.
Opening Date
All submissions will be opened immediately after the close of submission on June 29th,2015, at 2nd Floor, Wing D, Procurement and Support Services Department (PSSD), Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
(a). This is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering procedure will be applied to contractors prequalified and found capable of executing the project.
(b). Only successful contractors will be contacted for tender process.
(c). Documents included in your submission must be clearly itemized in the Application
(d). Nothing in the advert shall be construed to be commitment on the part of the CBN.
(e). Applicants are entirely liable to the veracity of the documents submitted by them.
