2. General Requirements:
Interested contractors are expected to submit their following documents:
a) Evidence of Registration with Co-operate Affairs Commission
b) Evidence of VAT Registration and remittance
c) Evidence of TAX Clearance 2011, 2012, 2013
d) Evidence of compliance with pension reform act 2004 and remittance
e) Audited Accounts of the Company for 3 years (2011, 2012 and 2013)
f) Evidence of Registration with ITF
g) Company Profile including Curriculum Vitae and details of key personnel.
h) Evidence of Compliance with NSITF.
i) Evidence of Technical Capacity for ICT
3. Collection of Tender/Bid Documents:
Interested Contractors are to collect Tender Document in Procurement Unit in room 1.17 on the first floor of the Commission’s Office Complex upon payment of non re-fundable tender fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty thousand naira only).
4. Submission of Bid Documents:
Technical and financial Bids should be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes clearly marked “Technical or Financial” with lot no specified and put in an envelope Addressed to:
The Executive Chairman,
National Assembly Service Commission,
Plot 664 T.O.S Benson Crescent, off Ngozi Okonjo – Iweala Way,
Utako District, PMB 558 Abuja.
The envelopes are to be dropped in the Tender Box in Procurement Unit Room 1.17, National Assembly Service Commission Office Complex. Submission of Tender applications closes on 14th July, 2014 by 12 noon and opening of tender immediately after closing.
5. Opening of Tender Bids Document
The Tenders shall be opened publicly in the National Assembly Service Commission’s Conference room 2nd floor by 12noon
