Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender
National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic In Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTTP), in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, invites competent and reputable companies/contractors to submit pre-qualification documents and tenders for the following projects under 2014 Capital projects.
(A) Scope of Work
Lot 1. i. Renovation and Repairs of Agency Headquarters Building.
- Rehabilitation and Repairs of Agency shelter facilities.
Lot 2 Upgrading and installation of Security /Surveillance Equipment at the Agency’s Headquarters in Abuja.
Lot 3 Purchase of teaching/learning aid equipment and materials for the rehabilitation and empowerment of victims of Human Trafficking.
Lot 4 Furnishing of offices of die Agency’s Headquarters in Abuja.
Loy 5. i. Furnishing of die Agency’s Makurdi Command offices
- Provision of kitchen equipment and utensils to cater for the feeding of suspect and victim of the human trafficking at the Agency’s shelter facility at Makurdi command.
Lot 6 Provisions and installation of security/surveillance equipment at the Agency’s Makurdi command.
Lot 7. i. Purchase and installation of computers and IT communication equipment at Makurdi command.
- Purchase of computer printers for Makurdi command
- Provision of first-aid kits and primary health tools for Agency’s shelter facility in Makurdi command.
Lot 8 Purchase of photocopying machines for the following Zonal Commands -Makurdi, Enugu and Sokoto.
Lot 9. i. Furnishing of the Agency’s offices at Benin Command.
- Renovation /Repairs of Agency Benin command offices.
- Rehabilitation/ Repairs of the Agency shelter facility at Benin Zonal Command.
Lot 10. i. Furnishing of Agency offices at Kano Zonal Command
ii Renovation /Repairs of Agency offices at Kano Zonal Command.
- Rehabilitation/ Repairs of Agency shelter facility at Kano Zonal Command.
Lot 11. i. Furnishing of Agency offices at Lagos Zonal Command Renovation/ ii. Repairs of Agency’s offices at Lagos Command.
- Rehabilitation/ Repairs of Agency’s shelter facility at Lagos Zonal Command.
Lot 12. Provision of Rehabilitation and Empowerment Equipment for victims of TIP:
- 500 Nos. water pumping machines for irrigation.
- 190 motor cycles for victims in Langtang North/South Plateau State
- Training and support for 50 Nos. youth and women at Apapa Lagos with:
- Grinding machines
ii. Sewing machines
- Generators and clippers
Lot 14. Provision of empowerment materials for the youth and vulnerable women across Ibarapa East/Ido Fed. Constituency, Oyo State.
Lot 15. Vocational training and empowerment of Rural Women across Ibarapa East/Ido EGAs, Oyo State
Lot 16. i. Vocational Training for 500 women across Moba, Ilejemeje Ido-Osi Constituency, Ekiti State.
- Empowerment of 400 trained women in Moba, Ilejemeje Ido-Osi Constituency, Ekiti State.
Lot 17. Provision of empowerment materials for the youth and women in Moba, Ilejemeje & Ido-Osi Constituency, Ekiti State.
Lot 18 Advocacy and public awareness at Grassroots on Dangers of Human Trafficking and Child Labour in Moba, Ilejemeje & Ido-Osi Constituency, Ekiti State
Lot 19. Vocational Training for 500 Women across Emure, Gboyin and Ekiti East LGAs Gboyin Ekiti State
Lot 20. Empowerment of 400 vocational trained youth and women in Emure/Gboyin & Ekiti East LGA, Ekiti State
Lot 21. Provision of empowerment materials for the youth and women in Emure/Gboyin & Ekiti East Constituency, Ekiti State
Lot 22. Advocacy and public awareness at grassroots on Dangers of Human Trafficking and Child Labour in Moba, Ilejemcje & Ido-Osi Constituency, Ekiti State
Lot 23. Vocational Training for 800 Women in Oye/Ikole LGAs, Ekiti State
Lot 24. Empowerment of 400 trained women in Oye/Ikole LGAs, Ekiti State
Lot 25. Supply of empowerment materials for the youth and women in Oye/Ikole LGAs, Ekiti State
Qualification Requirements:
Prospective contractors are required to submit the following pre-qualification documents:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Company’s Audited Accounts for three years.
iii. Evidence of verifiable similar jobs executed within the last three years.
- Evidence of financial capability in form of Banker’s reference
- Current tax clearance certificate.
(B) Submission of Qualification Documents:
- The pre-qualification/Tender documents are to be submitted in A4 paper sizes and should be neatly bound.

4. i. Submission of Tender/documents shall close on 8th September at 12.00 noon prompt
