Invitation for Bids for an Estate Valuer

1.       The National Iron Ore Mining Company (NIOMCO) Ltd, Itakpe in Kogi State hereby invites reputable companies/individuals with relevant qualifications and experience in Estate Valuation to submit bids for resolving issues relating to the enumeration and valuation of the company’s landed property as are affected by the on-going dualization of Lokoja-Benin road. Detailed scope of work is available at the Sole Administrator’s Office, National Iron Ore Mining Company Itakpe.

2.       Interested Estate Valuers are required to collect Tender Documents from the Sole Administrator’s office; National Iron Ore Mining company Ltd. Itakpe, Kogi State.

3.       Qualifications for Bidding

i.        Current Tax Clearance Certificate covering assessment for 2010, 2011, 2012 that will expire on December 2013.

ii.       Evidence of VAT registration and evidence of tax remittance to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), including Tax Identification Number (TIN).

iii.      Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission

iv.      Company profile with evidence of experience in similar jobs

v.       Bids must be in English language and duly signed

vi.      Evidence of educational qualifications

4.       Submission and Opening of Bids

Bids which must be in sealed envelopes are to be submitted at the office of the Sole Administrator, National Iron Ore Mining Company Limited Itakpe on or before 12 Noon on Wednesday 15^th January 2014.

Opening of bids will take place at 2 PM on the last day of bids submission (15^th January 2014), at the Conference Room, National Iron Ore Mining Company Itakpe.
