Expression of Interest for Security Services
The management of Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Kware – Sokoto seeks to engage the services of Security Companies/Firms with relevant experience and good track records in security services.
Such firms are to submit the under listed documents with their letter of interest to be pre-qualified.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three years.
iii. VAT Certificate.
iv. Audited Accounts of firm for the last three years.
v. List of key professional with evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies.
vi. Companies profile and address.
vii. Evidence of similar services conducted by the Firm/company.
viii. Evidence for Firm/Company Bankers as to its financial strength, credit worthiness and solvency.
ix. Evidence of Registration with relevant security Agencies.
x. In compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004 for expression of interest the Firm/company should submit:
(a) Evidence of employees opened retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) with Pension Fund Administrators of their choice.
(b) Evidence of remittances for both employer and employee Pensions contributions to the appropriate Pension Fund Custodian not later than seven days from the date of salary payment.
(c) Evidence of transfer of all pension funds and Assets to the commencement of the Pension reforms Act to Licensed Pension operators.
xi. Any other relevant information:
i. The Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Kware Sokoto reserve the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and to terminate the selection process at any time without liabilities whatsoever to the Hospital.
