Re: Invitation to Tender

Bidders who are interested in responding to the above stated advertisement, earlier published by the Council, in The Punch (April 13^th 2015), Daily Trust (April 13^th, 2015) and Federal Tenders Journal (April 20^th – May 3^rd 2015); are hereby notified that they are also expected to specifically comply with the following PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS;

1. Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as the evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004.
2. Certificate of Compliance issued by Industrial Training Fund (ITF), in compliance with Section 6(2) of the ITF Amendment Act 2011.

The above stated Pre-qualification requirements are to replace items 3 (8 & 9) of the Tendering Requirements which were published in the earlier advertisement.

Interested Bidders should please note that all other information published in the earlier advertisement remain valid.
