Invitation to Tender
Ogun State has been given approval by the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) to commence the implementation of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters 2010, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters 2011 and Special Projects work plans on Universal Basic Education Intervention Programme.
Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board, hereby, invites reputable Contractors to tender for the following:-
Pre-Primary
LOT1: Construction of 25 blocks of two classrooms each, with Terrazzo flooring in 20 ECCDE Centers across the State.
B. Primary
LOT2: Construction of a Storey Block of six classrooms with Terrazzo flooring, W. C. Toilets and Borehole.
LOT3: Construction of 74 blocks of two classrooms with office and store with Terrazzo flooring in the 20 LGEA.
LOT 4: Complete rehabilitation of 214 blocks of 631 classrooms in 209 primary schools in the State.
C. Junior Secondary School
LOT5: Construction of 48 blocks of three classrooms each, with Terrazzo flooring, in 48 Junior Secondary Schools in the State.
LOT 6: Complete rehabilitation of 41 blocks of 152 classrooms in 44 Junior Secondary Schools across the State.
LOT 7: Procurement and supply of complete sets of Student’s furniture to 10 Junior Secondary Schools in the State.
LOT 8: Procurement and supply of complete sets of Teachers/Vice Principals /Principals furniture to 10 Junior Secondary Schools in the State.
LOT9: Procurement and supply of complete sets of Science laboratory Furniture and Fittings to 10 Junior Secondary Schools in the State.
Lot 10: Procurement and supply of complete sets of Library Furniture and Fittings (General reading rooms) to 10 junior Secondary Schools in State.
Lot 11: Procurement and supply of complete sets of library Furniture and Fittings (Visual Library) to 10 Junior Secondary schools in the State
Submission of Tender Documents
Interested Contractors are to submit, along with their application, the following documents:
- Evidence of Registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of Professional Qualification of key Staff
- Evidence of Registration with Ogun State Ministry of Works
- Evidence of similar job done within the past 3 years
- Evidence of three years Company’s Tax Certificates, and of two Directors, obtained from Ogun State Government
- Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate, and Tender Fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00), payable to Ogun State Government Revenue Account at the following Banks FirstBankPIc, Panseke, Abeokuta-A/C No.2012492705, SortCode – 011150000 Skye Bank Plc, Qke- Ilewo, Abeokuta-A/C No. 1790124274, SortCode – 076171374 Fidelity Bank Plc, Omida, Abeokuta-A/C No. 5030028502, SortCode – 070171278.
All completed tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope, quoting the name of the Contractor and the LOT number selected, and addressed to:-
