Invitation of Pre-Qualify to Tender for Goods and Civil Works for Constituency Projects 2015 in Edo State
The Edo State Government in continuation of the transformation in the various constituencies across the State, hereby requests for tenders for 2015 constituency projects.

| 2 | Akoko Edo II | Construction of open drains and culverts and grading on existing earth road at Ekpedo; construction of a block of 3 classrooms/offices at Ogun pry school, Ekpedo. |
| 3 | Egor | Construction of 3 classroom block with office at Useh secondary school, Useh (ward 3), provision of 300 KVA transformer at Siluko road by palace junction, drilling of borehole at 2nd Egua-lha Street, Off Omozegiee lane Uselu, provision of 300 kva transformer at Edokpolor street off medicate store (ward 7). |

| 7 | Oredo West | Construction of borehole and installation of generator at 32 Owoseni street, Renovation of 6 classroom blocks at Adolo pry school, constain road borehole and generator at Ozolua and 68 Igun Street Benin. Fencing of Oza pry school and renovation of six (8) classroom block at Arize Pry school Benin. |

| 10 | Uhumwonde | Constructions of 3 blocks of three (3) classrooms/offices each at Akugbe pry school, Uhi, Iguomo pry school, Iguomo and construction of comrade chairs/desks for various schools in the constituency. |
| 11 | Owan West | Renovation of Oka secondary school, Oke old Ora (ward 3) and Avbiosi secondary school, Avbiosi (ward 6) |
| 12 | Ovia North East 1 | Construction of a block of 3 classrooms with Headmaster office at Evbuomore pry school, Evbuomore, Drilling of Industrial borehole at Ugboke and biros supply of 120,000 exercise books of 60 leaves to pry schools across the six (6)wards in the constituency. |
| 13 | Ovia South West | Construction of a block of three (3) classrooms at Gbolowoshio Pry school Gbolowoshio. Drilling of Domestic borehole at Iguobazuwa and iguosa community. Grading of road across the local government. |
| 14 | Orhionmwon I | Drilling of domestic borehole at Evbuebi street, oza, domestic borehole at Otoaye 1, Domestic borehole at Otoaye II. Domestic borehole at Uson village. Construction of open market and lock up stores at Egbokor village. Renovation of a block of six (6) classrooms at Idumodin pry school Igbanke west. |
Conditions for Pre-qualification and Tendering:
Interested companies should submit applications for pre-qualification with the Under-listed requirements to the Honorable Commissioner, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, EDPA Building, Sakponba Road, Benin City not later than 13th January 2015.
(i) Evidence of registration as a contractor in appropriate category with the State Ministry of Works.
(ii) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(iii) Tax clearance of the company and 2 Directors of the company for the past 3 years.
(iv) Evidence of similar projects executed.
(v) Evidence of financial viability.
(vi) Evidence of VAT registration and remittances.
Only pre-qualified companies would be invited to submit Tenders for the projects.
