Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Contractual Services of Housing Estate Projects
(1) Introduction
Le’ Venue Managers Limited is a Nigeria foremost Real Estate consulting service company. We hereby intend to engage the services of interested, competence and reliable contractors for the execution of a housing estate development projects in south-west, Nigeria.
LOT I: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site A Lekki Lagos.
LOT II: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site B Lekki Lagos.
LOT III: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site C Lekki Lagos.
LOT IV: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site D Lekki Lagos.
LOT V: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site E Lekki Lagos.
LOT VI: Construction of 10 nos. fully-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Site A Lekki Lagos.
LOT VII: Construction of 45,000sqm perimeter fencing at Lekki Lagos.
LOT VIII: Construction of 25 nos. of fully-detached Two (2) bedroom bungalow at Ikorodu Lagos.
LOT IX: Construction of 15 nos. semi-detached three (3) bedroom bungalow at Ikorodu Lagos.
LOT X: Construction of 26,000sqm perimeter fencing at Ikorodu
LOT XI: Construction of 32 nos. of fully-detached Three (3) bedroom bungalow at Ibadan.
LOT XII: Construction of 15 nos (4units) semi-detached Four (4) bedroom duplex at Magboro, Ogun State.
(2) Method of Application
Interested Contractors are to submit the following pre-qualification documents.
(i) A signed letter of Application for each project and/or lot of interest.
(ii) Copy of company certificate of Incorporation from Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and complete profile
(iv) Current Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration Certificate
(v) Evidence of Company’s Financial Standing (Last 3 years Audited Reports, Bank statement and Letter of reference from a reputable bank)
(vi) Evidence of Technical Competence and evidence of previous similar job done with award letters and completion certificate.
(vii) Copy of a verifiable Affidavit in line with the provisions of Part iv, section 16, subsection 6(f) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 that all documents submitted are true and correct in all particulars and to include among others
(3) (i) Submission of Pre-qualification documents should be accompanied with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira only (N30,000) processing fee per lot, only with Bank draft in favour of Le’ Venue Managers Limited.
(ii) Pre-qualification document should be submitted in person or mail in a sealed envelope and marked with title of particular lot at the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to:

(4) The Closing date for Submission of pre-qualification documents is on 5th March, 2015.
