(1) Invitation For Tenders For The Procurement Of Official Vehicles And Utility Vehicles To Their Royal Highnesses In Borno State.

(2) Renovation Of Palaces Of Their Royal Highnesses Of Bama, Shani And UBA Emirates And Construction Of Family Wing Of Their Royal Highnesses,

The Borno State Ministry for local Government and  chieftaincy Affairs hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors/ supplier for submission of qualification documents for the procurement of palaces of their Royal Highness of Bama, Shani and Uba Emirates and construction of family wing of their Royal Highness

Tender Documents

The tender documents will be available for collection by all interested contractors/Suppliers upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N30,000.00  per set with effect from 7^th April. 2014 in the office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry for local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

All completed tender documents should be accompanied with the following requirements:-

1. Evidence of Registration and Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or Borno State Ministry of Commerce.
2. Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as a contractor or supplier.
3. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years.
4. Evidence of Financial Capability.
5. Company Profile.
6. Experience.

Tender Closing Date

The closing date for the submission of all tender documents has been fixed for Monday 7^th April, 2014 at 12:00 noon prompt. Note that, vehicles specification is to be provided alter expression of interest.

Tender Opening

All contractors Suppliers that have submitted their bidding documents should come for the opening at the office of the Permanent Secretary on Monday 7th April at 2:00pm prompt.
