Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Solar Powered Borehole Schemws at Gotomo, Masallaci A.G Tudun Wada, Katangar Arawa, NYSC School and Majema Area in Birnin Kebbi and Argungu Local Government Areas and Construction of Pipe Distribution Network in Birnin Kebbi Town
Project Contract No: KBSTB/MWRD/069/2015
(1 A) Provision of solar powered borehole schemes at Gotomo, Masallaci A.G Tudun Wada, hatangar Arawa, NYSC School and Majema Area at Birnin Kebbi and Argungu Local Government Areas.
(1B) Construction of pipe distribution network in Birnin Kebbi Town.
(2a.) The scope of works for the two No, projects shall includes the following;
(i) Drilling of a complete borehole with accessories
(ii) Installation of all pipe fitting and XQ flex pump type
(iii) Construction of a control Room
(iv) Supply and installation of solar modules
(v) Provision of water points etc
(2b.) Pipe disc Network
(i) Excavation and earth works
(ii) Provision of 100mm dia Upvc pipes
(iii) Provision of pipe fittings
(iv) Construction of stan pipes
(v) Running test e.t.c
(3) Qualification of Firms Responding to the RFQ
Water engineering firms, representative of Manufacturer’s of water materials etc. in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT etc.
(b) Kebbi State Tenders board registration certificate
(c) Letters of confirmation by applicant’s bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies /consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and articles of association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipments and instruments
(h) List of previous works/services executed and evidence of performance.
(i) List of companies/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field
(j) Third party insurance
(4) Deadline for Submission of Quotation
Water engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit their quotations on or before 18th March, 2015
The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirements.
