Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Five Numbers Solar Powered Boreholes in Some selected Locations of Birnin Kebbi Local Government Council and Provision of Solar and Hand Pump Boreholes in Some Selected Locations across the State
(1) Project 1, Contract No. KBSTB/MWBD/ 014/2015
(2) Project 2. Contract No. KBSTB/MWRD/015/2015
1 A. Provision of five number solar powered boreholes in some selected locations of Birnin Kebbi Local government council
(B) Provision of solar and Hand Pump boreholes in some selected locations across the state.
(2) The scope of works for the two (2) project shall includes the following:
(i) Drilling of complete 150mm dia Borehole with SQ type solar powered pump
(ii) Construction of a complete 22.5m welded tank on 6m tower
(iii) Supply and installation of solar modules.
(iv) Control room and fencing works
(v) Provision of water points and commissioning apron.
(3) Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc. in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:-
(a) Payment of cooperate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc
(b) Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate
(c) Letters of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financials capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and Article of Association.
(f) Registration with Professional/ regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment’s and instruments.
(h) List of previous works / Services executed and evidence of performance.
(i) List of company/ consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in field.
(j) Third party insurance.
(4) Deadline for Submission of Quotation
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before 10th February, 2015
The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement.
