Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Water Supply Scheme to the Extreme end of Badariya Area, Badariya
CONTRACT NO; KBSTB/MWRRD/149/2015
(i) Provision of water supply scheme to the extreme end of Badariya area, Badariya area
(2) The Scope of Work for the Project shall include the Following
(i) Provision of 3No. 200mm diameter boreholes capable of operating
(ii) 15HPpump
(iii) Provision of 135000 liters steel welded overhead tank
(iv) 100KVA Generator set
(v) 6,000m distribution networks
(vi) Generator House and fencing
(3) Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting quotation must shows clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT etc.
(b) Kebbi State Tenders board registration certificate
(c) Letters of confirmation by applicant’s bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certification of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and articles of Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
(g) List of company/consulting firms, machineries, equipment’s and instruments
(h) List of previous works/service executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field,
(j) Third party insurance.
(4) Deadline for Submission of Quotation
Water engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before 13th May, 2015. The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserve the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement.
