Eked Plc Solicits Bids from all Pre-Qualified Bidders for Embedded Generation

In its quest for augmenting power availability to all its customers, Eko Electricity Distribution Pic (EKED Plc) embarked on pioneering embedded generation initiative. It received an overwhelming response to its pre-qualification process

On receiving NERC’s approval of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, EKED Plc is now soliciting offers from all successful pre-qualified bidders to participate in the tender process

All successful pre-qualified bidders can pick up the RFP documents from the office of EKED Plc at 24/25 Marina, Lagos Nigeria from Monday 12^th January, 2015 from 12:00Hrs, These documents will be available till the pre-bid conference scheduled on Friday January 23^rd 2015.

Venue and time for Pre Bid Conference will be intimated individually to all bidders,

The RFP document shall comprise of the following

(1)       Instruction to Bidders (ITB)

(2)       Bidding Forms / Bid Proposal Sheets (BPS)

(3)       Conditions of contract (CoC)

(4)       Technical specification for embedded generation (TS)

(5)       Proposed power purchase agreement (PPA)

All successful pre-qualified bidders are also being intimated via mail individually along with e-copy of the tender document.

However, for picking up physical copies, pre-qualified bidder’s representative should possess proper authorization from their company for the same, Copies can be picked up at;   14^th Floor Eko Electricity Distribution Plc 24/25 Marina, Lagos.

RFP Submission schedule:
