Invitation for the Expression of Interest and Proposals for Revenue Collection and Consultancy
REF NO: RIWAMA/ADM/P01/2015
(1) In line with the Rivers State Waste Management Bill 2014, the Agency is reorganising activities with a view to improving revenue collection as part of its drive towards commercialization of its activities.
(2) Based on the foregoing, the RIWAMA invites interested Revenue consultants who are eligible, experienced and qualified to set up and manage a revenue collection platform for the Agency for a period of time.
(3) Shortlisted Revenue consultants will be invited to make presentations and submissions on the feasibility of their proposals before a final selection is made.
(4) Interested eligible consultants may submit their expression of interest and feasibility/proposals at the Office of the Sole Administrator at address given below from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday with a certified cheque of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,ooo.oo) only.
(5) Qualification requirement will include: Evidence of business registration, a three year audited accounts of the firm, a letter from the company’s bankers expressing their willingness to support the company. Evidence of previous experience in revenue improvement in tax agencies and commercialized public corporations will be an added advantage.
(6) All expression of interest letters and detailed feasibility/proposal must be delivered at the address below on or before 12:00pm Monday, 26th January, 2015. Late submissions will be rejected.
