Invitation For Appointment As External Auditor

1.0     The Federal Polytechnic, Bida invites eligible and prospective Audit firms to submit application for pre-qualification and appointment as External Auditor of the Institution,

Pre-Qualification Requirement:

1. i) Evidence of Registration/Renewal with the Office of Auditor-General of Federation.
2. ii) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
3.  iii)     Evidence of Registration with relevant professional bodies and license to practice.

4.  iv) Evidence of current Tax clearance certificate verifiable from Federal Inland Revenue Service
5. v) Evidence of Value Added Tax (Vat Remittance)
6.vi) Proof of Registration with the National Pension Commission and evidence of remittance of employee.
7. vii)    List of similar and other audit done with date and place.
8. viii)   Firm’s profile and organizational structure, names of professionals and years of experience.

2.0     Submission

All applications are to be addressed to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State not later than 3^rd November 2014.
