Invitation for Pre-Qualification for 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Projects

1. Introduction:

The Polytechnic intends to embark on the procurement of some items using its year 2013 TETFund Spatial Intervention Fund. Interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience are hereby invited to apply for pre-qualification exercises:

2.       Description of Projects:

A. Lot A     Procurement of 2nos. 30seater Toyota Coaster Buses.

B. Lot B      Procurement & Installation of 15Nos, Executive Office Tables and Office Chairs

3. Pre-qualification Requirements:

Interested contractors to submit the following documents:

1. Company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
3. Evidence of registration with PENCOM
4. Evidence of registration with ITF
5. Company Profile
6. Evidence of Similar jobs executed
7. Bank reference
8. (2011, 2012 and 2013) audited account of the company
9. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

Completed documents, which must, be sealed and marked with the title of the project on the TOP LEFT-HAND CORNER OF THE ENVELOPE should be dropped in a pre-qualification box in the office the Rector later than 10^th July, 2014. Closing time for submission is 12noon.

5. Opening of Pre-qualification Documents

Opening of the documents shall take place on the closing date of the submission. The venue will be in the Polytechnic Board Room by 2pm.

6. Important Notice:

This advertisement shall not be construed to be commitment on the part of Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin ladi to award any form of contract to your company and only the pre-qualified bids will have their tender bids considered.
