The Kano State Polytechnic management wishes to invite the interested and reputable contractors with good contract records for pre-qualification to tender for the following:
1- Procurement and installation of Biology Lab, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biochemistry lab and instrumentation room equipment at school of technology
2. Procurement and installation of 1No 350KVA 2300 series basic FG Wilson Parkins Elmer Generator
Pre-Qualification Requirements:
a- Evidence of contract registration of Business with Kano State Polytechnic
b- Evidence of registration of business name with corporate affairs commission
c- Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for at least (3) consecutive years.
d- Evidence of having successful carried out similar job in the past (award letters and completion certificate attached)
e- VAT registration certificate and evidence of past remittance.
f- Letter of attestation from your bank to confirm the company financial strength (willingness to support the contract financially)
g- Any other relevant (Additional information)
General Information
Contractors or suppliers seeking for any verification should contact the Director of Works and Maintenance Services at the Central Administrative of the Polytechnic between the hours of 12:00am -12:00noon during the validity period of this advertisement.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
3. Pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in a SEALED Envelope and clearly marked at the top right-hand corner “Pre-Qualification To Tender For The Above Supply Of Biology Lab, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biochemistry Lab And Instrumentation Room Equipment At School Of Technology” For Lot 1 And “Pre-Qualification To Tender For The Supply And Installation Of 1no 350kva 2300 Sereis Basic FG Wilson Perkins Elmer Generator.”
All documents should be submitted on or before 13th May, 2014 with -NON-REFUNDABLE FEES” of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000.00) for each lot Latest 2:00 noon of Last Day. All submission is to be addressed to:
