6. Civil works – Road/ Drainages
7. Borehole
8. Electrical/Equipment (supply of 500kvA generator set and 750kvA  transformer)
9. 400 rooms hostel (10 Units )
10. 1000 Single units (10 units/row of 100 rows)

Therefore interested contractors with the requisite competence, knowledge that have executed similar jobs are invited to bid for the execution of the above named projects.

Requirements

Interested tenders are required to submit their proposal with the following requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection

A)      An application fee of N50.000.00 naira non-refundable deposit fee (payable to INVESTMENT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ALMAGAMATION LTD) Ace. With the following banks Diamond Bank Plc Ace. No. 0035459768.

Tender Procedure

Tenders are required to be submitted with their profile, receipt of payment of the application fee of N50.000 naira non-refundable deposit fee to the chairman, Investment Industrial Complex Almagamation Ltd) in a sealed envelope to be submitted at our FUTO project office, not later than  3^rd March, 2014.
