Addendum

The attention of the general public is hereby drawn to our earlier advertisement – Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) from External Quantity Surveyors, External Solicitors and Auctioneers – which appeared in the Daily Trust Newspaper of Monday 6^th January, 2014, The Guardian Newspapers of Tuesday 7^th  January, 2014 and the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday 13^th January – Sunday 26th January, 2014.

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital wishes to inform the public of the following changes in the submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) by prospective consulting firms.

(i)                10(Ten) copies of the Expression of Interest (EOI) are to be submitted by prospective Consultants in a sealed envelope clearly marked EXPRESSION OF INTEREST at Room 8, Procurement Division, University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Ugbowo-Lagos Road, Benin – City, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand naira) only, into UBTH Bank Account at any branch of Skye Bank Plc nationwide (Account No: 1770413127). The Expression of Interest (EOI) documents should be addressed to:

(ii)     Deadline for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) is Monday 24th February, 2014, by l: 00am

(ii)     The documents will be publicly opened immediately, following the deadline for submission at the VIP Lounge, Catering Department of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) in the presence of prospective Consultants or their representatives, and other stakeholders.

(iv)    Prospective Consultants who responded to the previous advertisement and paid the Tender fee of N30, 000.00 (Thirty thousand naira) only, should ask for refund (in writing) of Nl5, 000.00 (Fifteen thousand naira) only, with evidence of payment.
