Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Year 2013 TetFund Intervention in Library Development
1. Introduction:
The College hereby invites competent/qualified Contractors/Suppliers to submit pre-qualification documents for the under-listed projects under year 2013 TETFUND Intervention.
2. Projects:
a. Procurement of Assorted Textbooks and Reference Materials (Lots 1&2).
b. Procurement of Library Automation, e-book Database and A/V equipment (Lot 3)
c. Procurement of Library Furniture (Lot 4).
3. Pre-Qualification Requirements:
a. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
b. Evidence of Registration with the College for year 2014
c. Evidence of Valued Added Tax Registration
d. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years.
e. Verifiable list of recent similar projects executed in Nigeria.
f. Evidence of Financial capability/Bank reference.
g. Company’s audited account for the last 3 years.
h. Detailed company profile of professional/key personnel available for the project.
i. Evidence of PENCOM and ITF compliance as applicable.
4. Tender Procedure:
Interested tenderers are required to pay the sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) to the College Bursary and collect the tender documents upon the presentation of the evidence of payment from the College Librarian.
5. Submission Guide:
The pre-qualification packages are to be sealed in an envelope appropriately marked Tetfund Library Project stating the Project Type and the Lot. The package should be addressed to: The Registrar, Kwara State College of Education, Oro. Submission closes on 27th February 2014. All bids will be opened at 12.30pm on same day at the Council Chamber of the College in the presence of all Contractors who choose to attend.
