The above Area Council hereby invites reputable, competent and registered contractors and suppliers with the capacity and experience for timely delivery of projects/jobs for technical and financial bids for the following jobs:
Lot 1- Supply of 1No Brand New Toyota Prado Jeep; 2.7L Petrol Engine (2013 Model) – Full Option with Factory-fitted A/C and Fabric Seat
2- Supply of 1No Brand New Toyota Camry Sedan Car; 2.54. Petrol Engine (2013 Model) -Full Option with Factory-fitted A/C and Leather Seat
3- Supply of 1No Brand New Toyota Corolla Sedan Car 1.8L Petrol Engine (2013 Model) -Full Option with Factory-fitted A/C and Leather Seat
4- Supply of 1No Toyota Hiace Bus; Petrol Engine (Standard Roof) with Factory-fitted A/C and Car Stereo
Pre-qualification Requirements:
i. Evidence of Registration with the CAC
ii. Evidence of Registration with BAC
iii. Up-to-date Tax Clearance
iv. Evidence of VAT Registration
v. Details of Company Profile
vi. Evidence of Similar Jobs Executed
vii. Evidence of payment of Tender Fee of N15,000.00 only
Companies/contractors are enjoined to collect the following tender details:
a. Un-priced Bills of Quantities
Note that all payments must be by bank draft payable to Bwari Area Council, FCT, Completed Tender Documents should be returned not later than 7th November 2013 to, the Office of the Head of Department of Works, Bwari Area Council, Council Secretariat, Bwari, Abuja – FCT; in sealed brown envelope marked at the top right hand corner, the title of the job.
Opening of Tenders: Both technical and financial tenders are to be opened by 12:00 noon on the date of the expiration of tendering period i.e. the date of this publication.
