Tender for the Supply and Installation of Complete State of the Art, Digital Studio and Transmission Equipment to the Taraba State Broadcasting Service (TSBS) and Taraba Television Corporation (TTV) Jalingo, under the 2015 Capital Projects.

(1)     Introduction

The Taraba State Ministry of Information and Re-orientation hereby invites reputable and competent contractors with good track records of performance to tender for the supply and installation of digital equipment to the two electronic media houses of TSBS and ITV as specified below in line with the public procurement law 2013.

(3)     Tender Requirements

Interested bidders wilting to execute any of the projects specified above must submit the following documents for verification.

(a)     Evidence of Registration with corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

(b)     Evidence of Current Tax clearance Certificate for the last three years (2013, 2014 & 2015).

(c)      Company Audited Account for the last three years (2013, 2014 & 2015).

(d)     Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2011.

(e)      Evidence of Compliance with ITF Act Including proof of remittance.

(f)      Company profile of key staff showing Evidence of availability of requisite and appropriate Staff/Skill for the Job

(g)     Evidence of Financial Capability/Reference letter from a reputable

Bank needed.

(h)     Verifiable details of at least 5 Similar projects executed, including
letters of award.

(i)      A sworn Affidavit that non of the Directors has ever been convicted in any Court of Law for any criminal offence

(j)      Bid Security should be in line with the Taraba State Public Procurement Law 2012.

(4)     Tender Documents Collection

Interested bidders should obtain the Tender Documents from the Permanent Secretary (Secretary of the Committee on digitization) at the 3^rd floor, Ministry of Information and re-orientation, State Secretariat, Jalingo upon payment of a non- refundable Tender fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (250,000.00) only in cash.

(5)     Submission of Completed Bidding Documents

Three clearly marked bound copies of the TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL Tender Documents must be submitted in scaled envelope “TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL TENDER” (Project name and Specified lot No) with company name, address and contact phone number at the back of the envelope, and addressed to the PERMANENT SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND REORIENTATION 3^rd Floor state Secretariat P.M.B. 1093.

(6)     Opening of Tender

Opening of Tenders shall tie on Tuesday 17^th April, 2015 by 10:00am at the Conference Hall 1^st Floor, State Secretariat Complex, Jalingo, Taraba State in the presence of all interested bidders or their representatives in attendance.

(7)     Note

(A)    Tenderers’ that are interested in more than one project must apply separately for each LOT of the projects. Also, Tenderers willing to bid for any project sites.

(B)     The Ministry of information and Reorientation is not bound to short list any bidder: and reserves the right to annul the selection process at any liabilities or assigning any reasons there of.
