Request for Quotation for supply of Operational Vehicles in Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education for and on behalf of the Kebbi State Government invites quotation for the supply of operational vehicles such as.
(1) 1 no. toyota camry salon car 2013 model
(2) 1 no. pick-up hilux van.
(3) 1 no. water tanker.
The firms/suppliers/manufacturers/Manufacturals Representatives may submit quotation in sealed envelop in response to this advertisement on or before 15-04-2014 at 11:00am local time.

The response shall indicate at a minimum that the firm/supplier/manufacturers/ manufacturals Representative is in a position to supply, deliver, and provide training (where applicable) in determining the award, consideration will be given to:
a. The experience of the proposer
b. The proposer’s financial position
c. Regularity in payment of VAT, Taxes and fees payable to local, State and Federal Government
d. The proposers conduct and performance in previous agreement
e. The proposer s facilitation
f. The proposers management skills
g. The ability of the proposer to execute the agreement timely
Quotations may be held by the Kebbi State Government for a period not exceeding (25) days from the date of quotation opening for the purpose of reviewing the quotation and investigating the bidders qualification and experience prior to contract award.
The Kebbi State Government reserves the right to report any or call all quotations or to wave informalities in the bidding.
