Request for Expression of Interest House; Numbering/Identification in Enugu Capital Territory
Enugu State Government approved the implementation of House numbering /identification in Enugu Capital Territory through public private partnership.
The major objectives of the house numbering/identification are to have accurate and systematic means of property identification for owners and resident; to determine the number and type of houses for effective physical planning; effective allocation and management of Public utilities.
The scope of the work shall include the following:
(a) Determining the type of houses in the city.
(b) Enumerating the properties in the state.
(c) Liaising with ECTDA to canvass, identify and verify individuals interested in being used for street signage.
(d) Prepare and installing the plaque in the house in the capital territory
(e) In conjunction with the capital territory collect and collate levels for the project as approved.
Interested Service Providers should meet the following requirements;
(a) Evidence of registration with corporate affairs commission CAC.
(b) Company Profile-showing the organigram and profile of the key personnel.
(c) Three years tax clearance certificate.
(d) The company audited account for the past three years.
(e) Evidence of similar jobs/ projects executed in the last five years (including letters of award, completion certificate, verifiable contact and phone numbers of your clients
(f) Evidence of payment of non- refundable fee of twenty five thousand (25,000) only in bank draft in favour of Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority.
