Pre-Qualification/Tender Document

1.0            The Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna hereby invites competent, reputable and experienced contractors for Pre-Qualification/Tender for the execution of the following services:

LOT I:          Rehabilitation of Fallen Perimeter Fence Wall

LOT II:        Renovation of6No. Workshops

LOT III:       Roofing Rehabilitation

2.0     Pre-Qualification/Tender documents can be collected from the office of the Director/Chief Executive, Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna upon payment of non-refundable fees of Twenty thousand naira (N20, 000.00) for each of the services.

3.0 All Tenders must be accompanied with the following:

a)       Certificate of Incorporation of the company

b)      Current Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010- 2013).

c)       Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.

d)      Letter of reference from Bank.

4.0     Completed Tenders should be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked LOT I, LOT II and LOT III and addressed to:
