Invitation to Tender for Sure-P Projects
The Kogi State Government has received consolidated revenue from the Subsidy Re-investment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) which will be utilised in providing high social impact facilities across the State, among which is the Health Enhancement Lifecare Programme (HELP). Applications are invited from competent contractors to tender for these projects, which are described in the following sectors and details:

Collection and Submission of Tender Documents:
Tender documents can be collected from the office of The Secretary, State Tenders Board, Lokoja. Some projects have several lots. Each lot attracts a non-refundable fee of between N30, 000 to N150, 000 (Thirty Thousand Naira to One Hundred and Fifty Thousand naira only) per lot. No contractor should tender for more than two lots. The sale of tenders will commence from 10am on Monday, December 6, 2013 and close at 12pm on December 20, 2013. Tenders will be opened at 1 pm on Monday, December 20, 2013. Completed Tenders are to be sealed and addressed to:

State Tenders Board, Lokoja.
The items tendered for are to be clearly indicated in the top end of the sealed envelopes of tenderers.
Additional Information:
i) This advertisement shall not qualify any tenderer to make any claims whatsoever, and, or seek any indemnity from the Kogi State Government.
ii) The State Tenders Board reserves the right to reject any, and, or all Tenders at its discretion, and at no costs whatsoever to the Board,
iii) All costs incurred in responding to this advertisement shall be borne by the contractors.
iv) Non-compliance with instructions will lead to rejection of tenders

General Requirement:
Interested and competent contractors wishing to participate in any tender must submit the following documents for verification:
A) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
B) Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as and when due.
C) Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact email address, GSM phone number(s), facsimile number(s).
D) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past 3 years.
E) Reference letter from a bank stating financial ability to carry out such service(s)
F) Current company’s audited statement of account.
G) Evidence of payment of non – refundable tender fees.
H) Evidence of payment of training contribution to ITF (Industrial Training Fund).
I) Evidence of registration with Kogi State Government.
