Invitation to Tender for Production of 2015 Oyo State Calendars and Diaries
Applications are hereby invited from reputable and interested contractors with relevant experience and good track records to tender for the following jobs:
Lot 1: Production of 2015 Oyo State Calendars.
Lot 2: Production of 2015 Oyo State Desk Diaries
- Collection of Tender Documents
Interested contractors are to obtain tender documents from the Director, Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Room 11 Ministry of Information and Orientation, Secretariat, Ibadan, upon the presentation of evidence payment of nonrefundable fee of N50,000.00 and N100,000.00 for Lot1 and 2 respectively between the hours of Sam and 3 pm, from Wednesday 13th August to Wednesday 27th August, 2014.
- Bid Requirement
Interested contractors are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N50, 000.00 for the production of calendars and N100, 000.00 for the production of Diaries respectively.
(ii) Company profile including names, qualification and experience of key personnel.
(iii) Evidence of current registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement as a contractor
(iv) Valid evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(v) Copy of Audited account for the past 3 years.
(vi) Evidence of the company Tax Certificate for 3 years.
(vii) Evidence of the Registration of Business premises for year 2015.
(viii) Verifiable evidence of similar job done with reputable establishment
Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) directors of the company to date.
- Submission of Tender Documents
Completed bids should be submitted in sealed waxed envelope not later than 12noon Wednesday 27th August, 2014 to:

5. Tender Opening
Submitted tender documents will be opened at 2.00pm on Thursday 4th September 2014. Interested members of the public, especially the tenderers or their representatives are free to attend.

(a) Notwithstanding, the submission of tender documents, the Ministry of Information and Orientation is not obliged to award a contract to any contractor.
(b) The advertisement for invitation to tender shall not be construed as a commitment on part of Oyo Sate Ministry of Information and Orientation, nor shall it entitle any contractors to make any claims whatsoever, and / or seek any indemnity from the Ministry.
(c) The Ministry of Information and Orientation, is under no obligation to award contract to the lowest bidder.
