Invitation to Tender

Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and qualified Contractors for the Refurbishment of Heavy Duty Equipment in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

2.   Bidders are, therefore, invited to bid for the jobs:

Lot 1:          Bulldozer CAT D7F,

Lot 2:          Payloader CAT 950

Lot 3:          Motor Grader CAT 112 E;

While complying with the following conditions:

(i)                Payment of N20.000.00 non-refundable tender fee to be paid into Government Treasury.

(ii)             Evidence of Company Registration / Incorporation.

(iii)           Company profile, including Management Team and Key Personnel.

(iv)           Evidence of Registration with Bureau for Public Procurement (Oyo State).

(v)             Tax Clearance Certificate of Company for 3 years.

(vi)           Personal Income Tax Certificate of at least Two (2) Directors covering the last Three (3) years.

(vii)        Evidence of similar projects successfully executed by the company (i.e. Letter of Award and Certificate of Completion),

(viii)      Evidence of Registration of Business Premises.

3.       Interested Contractors are to obtain Tender Document from the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development, Secretariat, Ibadan in Room 30 between 8:30am and 3:30pm each working day from Tuesday 6^th May, 2014 and Tuesday 20^th May, 2014 and submit their bids in a sealed and waxed addressed to:

The Permanent Secretary,

Cabinet and Special Services,

Office of the Governor,

Secretariat,

Ibadan.

4.       All tender must be submitted not later than 12 noon on Tuesday 20th May, 2014.

5.       Please, note that the State Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.

6.       Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives by Tuesday 20^th May, 2014 at 2:00pm in the Conference Room of Cabinet and Special Services Department, office of the Executive Governor, Secretariat. Ibadan.
