Invitation to Tender

The Government of Ekiti State, Nigeria hereby invites registered and competent contractors to tender for the provision of 46Km access earth roads within 3 Government’s Residential Estates in the State.

Site Inspection

Interested applicants should contact the Director Lands Services Department, Bureau of Lands, Phase V State Secretariat Complex, Ado-Ekiti to obtain the layout plan and facilitate a reconnaissance visit to the site for the purpose of reasonable pricing of the Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation.

Tender Documents

Tender documents including un-priced BEME can be collected from the Office of the Director, Planning Research and Statistics of the Bureau with Government receipt for the payment of non-refundable lender fees of (N20, 000.00) only for Lot I & II and (N60,000.00) only for Lot III payable to Head 453-02, sub-head 112 of the Bureau of Lands at any of the Banks approved by the State Government for e-payment

Requirements for Tendering

i.          Evidence of registration and proper business categorization with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement

ii.       Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission

iii.      Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, 2013)

iv.      Tax clearance certificate of 2 company Directors

vi.      Evidence of payment of 3 years Ekiti State Development Levy (2011, 2012, 2013)

v.       Evidence of registration of Business Premises

vi.      Evidence of registration with relevant professional Body

vii.     Company profile and verifiable list of similar job (s) carried out

Method of Submission

All Tender documents (Technical and Financial), including application of intent must be submitted not later than 27^th November 2013 in spiral bound A4 format, wax-sealed envelopes, Marked: EK/BLM: Tender Notice for the Construction of Access Road indicating the Lot in bracket” and addressed to

Acceptance of Tender

The name of bidder should not be inscribed on the envelope in any manner whatsoever. Only bids submitted in the prescribed manner shall be accepted by the Tender Secretariat.

This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Bureau of Lands nor shall it entitle Contractors to seek any indemnity from Ekiti State Bureau of Lands by virtue of such contractors having responded to this advertisement
