Invitation to Tender

The above named council invites suitably qualified contractors for pre-qualification to tender for the following projects to be executed with 50% of 2013 SURE-P FUNDS. (2^nd Quarter)

(1)     Grading of Road (Aboro – Sabon Gida-Hayin Dam

(2)     Grading of Road Isauni-Isauni Kutere-Janda

To qualify for the bidding, the following are required:

(1)     Company’s Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission

(2)     Company’s Audited Account for 3 years.

(3)     Evidence of Tax clearance for 3 years.

(4)     Company’s profile containing proof of financial, technical and Curriculum Vitae (CV) of key personnel.

(5)     Evidence of registration with Sanga Local Government Council as a contractor.

All pre-qualification documents should be submitted to secretariat of the Tender’s Committee at the Works Department of the Council.

Interested bidders should apply on or before 9^th March, 2015
