Invitation of Quotation for the Supply of Motor Vehicle and Motor Cycles for Zonal Veterinary Clinics at Argungu, Yauri, Zuru and Dakingari

The Kebbi State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources hereby invites reputable manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives or agents to submit quotations for the supply of the following.

1. Utility Vehicle (1No): 4×4 double cabin pick up, manual gear/lever; 4.0L VVT-1 V6 petrol engine, power steering, front power windows, 16 steel wheels etc.
2. Motor Cycle (100cc)     5 No.

2.       Requirements/Conditions

Manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives or agents must accompany their quotations with the following documents or information.

1. Evidence of registration with Kebbi State Tenders Board (STB).
2. Certificate of Incorporation by the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
3. Up to date Tax clearance Certificate and evidence of tax registration.
4. Details of company profile.
5. Evidence of similar jobs executed.
6. Financial capacity (Bank Reference)
7. Any other relevant information.

3.       Submission of Quotations

All interested manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives or agents are to submit their quotation for the supplies not later than 23^rd December, 2013.

Please note that the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the State Tender’s Board reserve the right to reject any quotation that does not meet the requirements stipulated b the Government of Kebbi State.
