Invitation for Tender
Ekiti Enterprise Development Agency (EEDA) is intending to purchase catering equipments for trained caterers and event managers in Ekiti State as well as INVITATION FOR TENDERING.
Scopes of purchase are highlighted below Lot by Lot:
- Purchase of Cooling van (Toyota) – Lot A
Purchase of one 15 KVA Generating plant – Lot B
Purchase of four 1.5 HP Split unit (LG) Air conditioners – Lot C
Purchase of one truck (7.5 tons) – Lot D
Purchase of Catering Utensils – Lot E
B. Tender Fee:
Each would-be bidder are expected to collect tender documents after payment of a non-refundable fee of N80.000 to be paid to Government Treasury at Ekiti Enterprise Development Agency office, 3rd Floor, Mutual Building, Okesha, Ado – Ekiti.
C. Eligibility:
Interested and reputable vendors are requested to include the following documents with their bid(s).
- Evidence of payment of tender fees;
- Evidence of Company’s Registration/Incorporation (CAC);
- Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP);
- Evidence of 3 years Tax clearance (2011, 2012, 2013);
- Evidence of payment of Development Levy
- Evidence of Business premises;
D. Submission:
Completed paper of expression must be submitted in sealed envelope, stating the actual lot at left hand side and address to:

Submission is valid for TWO WEEKS from the date of this advert. Thereafter the bid shall be opened.
