Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Consultants for Training and Workshop in Ekiti State
The Ekiti State Government in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme is in the process of carrying out the; following; WORKSHOP ON STRENGTHENING CAPACITY TO MODERNIZE AND IMPLEMENT THE EKITI STATE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME” AND “TRAINING ON SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM”. The State Government recognizes the importance and vital role of social security scheme in the reduction of poverty and increased sustainable and community livelihood project that will assist in reducing deforestation tendencies and provide a means of promoting a green development path in the State. The Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning and Service Delivery therefore wishes to invite interested and qualified Consultants to submit relevant organization documents for pre- qualification. The Terms of reference showing the details about the Workshop and training is obtainable from the Multilaterals Department, Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning and Service Delivery, Ado Ekiti.
Application Requirements
Interested and qualified consulting/training firms are required to forward their applications containing the following;
a) A technical proposal for the interested training showing a clear understanding of the objectives of the assignment, the scope and deliverables. The proposal shall also include the course content and training plan as well as the profile of the resource persons.
b) A financial proposal that reflects the cost o’ conducting the interested training or workshop.
c) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate affairs commission (CAC).
d) Evidence of executing similar jobs in the arid zone of Nigeria, with the certificate of completion.
e) Evidence of Ekiti State Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three financial years.
f) Evidence of payment of Ekiti State Development levy for the last three financial years.
g) Evidence of registration of Business premises in Ekiti State.
h) Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public procurement in Ekiti State
Submission of Tender;
The TERMS OF REFERENCE showing the concept, guidelines and the expected outcome about the different Workshop and training MUST be obtained from the Multilaterals Department, Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning and Service Delivery, Ado Ekiti BEFORE APPLYING for any of the Workshop or training. Hereafter, Two copies of Completed Tender document must be submitted not later than 19th June, 2014 in a different sealed envelopes and marked at the top right hand corner “THE TITLE OF WORKSHOP OR TRAINING OF INTEREST” AND THE “PROPOSED FINANCIAL TOTAL BUDGET FOR THE INTERESTED WORKSHOP OR TRAINING” should be attached as a separate document inside the sealed envelope to:
