Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender
- The Niger State Ministry of Information, Communication and Integration has been given the approval to purchase and install two 10 Kilowatts AM digital transmitters for Radio Niger, Minna.
- The project to be executed is the supply and installation of two10 Kilowatts AM digital transmitters for Radio Niger, Minna.
- Therefore, interested contractors are invited to submit the following documents for Pre-qualification On or before 6th August, 2014.
i. Evidence of Corporate or Business name of registration.
ii. Evidence of registration with the Niger State Public Procurement Board.
iii. Evidence of registration with the Niger State Ministry of information, Communication and Integration in relevant category.
iv. Company’s audited account for the last 3 years.
v. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years.
vi. Evidence of Financial Capacity and Banking Support.
- List of similar projects executed in the past.
- List of equipment and Technology Capacity.
ix. VAT registration and remittances.
x. Annual Turnover.
- Tender documents are obtainable at the Niger State Ministry of Information, Communication and Integration, AbdulkareemLafene Secretariat, Paiko Road, Minna upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only.
- Completed tender documents, attached with company profile should be submitted (sealed) and marked “Two 10 Kilowatts AM digital transmitters” addressed to:-
