Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)

Harmony Holdings Ltd is the Investments holding Company of Kwara State Government.

We hereby invite reputable corporate bodies with proven track record to express interest in the following:

Asset:          Kwara Cashew Processing Company Ltd (KCPC), Ogbondoroko Afon Road, Ilorin Kwara State

Scope Of Interest:

To lease, profitable Government owned commercial assets in which opportunity arose due to expiration of Lease Agreements of prior Leases.

Business Line: Processing and export of Cashew Nuts

Company:  Kwara Paper Converters Ltd (KPC), Erin-Ile Kwara State

Scope of Interest: Equity investment

Business Line: Production of Paper and paper related products

Company:  Satellite Motel Limited (SML), Off Ajase-Ipo

Road, Ilorin Kwara State

Scope of Interest: Equity investment/Lease

Business Line: Hospitality (Hotel)

Pre-Qualification Requirements

All the following documents MUST be submitted by interested applicants to qualify:

• Company’s profile with all relevant Information
• Copy of the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation
• Evidence of Company’s financial standing
• Copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of payment of VAT
• A verifiable Affidavit under the relevant Law attesting that the Company is not in receivership.

Submission of EOI

Interested Companies who meet the pre-qualification criteria are to submit their Expression of Interest with all necessary documents in a sealed envelope along with a covering letter duly signed by an authorized signatory marked “EOI-KCPC” or “EOI-KPC” or “EOI-SML” on or before 21^st November 2014 at the following address:
