Invitation for Bid

Renovation and Extension of Jigawa State Governor’s Lodge, Kano

Following Advertisement in the Daily Trust Newspaper of Monday July 22^nd, 2013, and 2^nd Advert in the Daily Trust and Leadership Newspapers  of Monday August 19^th, 2013 on invitation for pre-qualification of contractors towards the execution of the above mentioned project, this Office hereby invites the under listed pre-qualified contractors to tender for the project. The Companies are:-

1.       Rana Tahir Furniture (Nigeria) Limited

2.       Kanadi Global Links Limited

3.       Anhas Nigeria Limited

The Contractors are required to purchase Bids document at the rate of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000, 00) from the Account Department of this Office.

Submission of Bids Documents

Completed and sealed Bid documents are to be returned to the Director, Administration and Finance, Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Block D, New Secretariat Complex, Takur, Dutse, clearly marked “Bid Document for the renovation and  extension of Jigawa State Governor’s Lodge, Kano” at the top left corner of the envelope and address of the Company should be clearly written on the reverse side of the envelope not later than 26^th September 2013. The invited contractors are particularly notified that three percent (3%) Bid security in the form of Bank Draft of the total amount quoted should accompany the Bid documents.

Bid Opening

The Bids opening will be conducted on Thursday 26th September, 2013 at 12:00 noon.
