Expression of Interest

Water Corporation of Oyo State on behalf of Oyo State Government invites reputable firms to submit an expression of interest for the “Purchase and Installation of Water Dispensers” (MEGA).

2.   Requirements:

Interested Firms/ Contractors must provide the following documents:

i)                   Corporate profile(s) and evidence of professional and technical experience on similar assignments

ii)                Office address, telephone numbers and e-mails of key contact persons in the organization

iii)              Certificate of Incorporation, Certified true copies of Memorandum and Articles of association and CAC Form Co7

iv)              Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan

v)                Company Tax Clearance and those of 2 Directors covering the last 3 years

vi)              Evidence of current Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government.

3.  Interested firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.)

4.  Expression of Interests should be submitted to the address below on or before 19^th December, 2013.
