Expression of Interest
Mikang Local Government Council, centrally located in the Southern zone of Plateau State, has completed the construction of Kangmi Resort in Tunkus and desires to lease same in its poise to bolster the revenue base. Consequently the Council hereby invites qualified and experienced hospitality Companies / Firms to submit bids for the management of the Resort.
Description of Facilities
(i) 12 Chalets containing 44 rooms
(ii) 1500 sitting capacity Multipurpose Hall
(iii) Reception, Restaurant, Bar, Mini Mart etc
(iv) Swimming pool
(v) Laundry
(iv) An industrial Borehole with 100,000 liters capacity steel tank
(vii) Two 150KVA Mikano Generators
Requirements
Interested Companies / Firms are to submit the following documents:
(i) Certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Evidence of financial capability from a Nigerian Bank
(iii) Evidence of Tax clearance for the past three years
(iv) Relevant Technical Experience including location and addresses of such managed facilities
(v) Current VAT Certificate
(vi) Evidence of compliances with ITF Amendment Act 2011 and Pension Reform Act 2011
(vii) Evidence of payment of non-refundable registration fee of N150, 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only to be paid thus:

Submission
Interested Companies / Firms should address and submit their interest to the Tender Board,”Mikang L.G.C. at Kangmi Resort, Tunkus, Plateau State not later than 29th June 2015.
