Tender For Procurement of Project Vehicles
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH programme; “Pro- Poor Growth & Employment Promotion in Nigeria (SEDIN) Programme”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure:
Two (2) Toyota Hilux Shell Spec, year of manufacture (2014), 4×4 Double Cabin, 2.7 Litre Petrol Engine, manual transmission, 4-cylinder (in-line twin cam 16-valve), power window/ mirror, SRS airbag, air conditioner, CD/AM/FM radio and
One (1) Toyota land cruiser Prado, year of manufacture (2014): Petrol Engine, 4×4,4 Doors, Automatic transmission, air conditioner, airbags, anti-lock brakes, AM/FM/CD, power mirror/ windows, power steering, external winch, tog lights, front fog lamps, rear camera, roof rack, side steps.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) A quotation which should take the form of a Pro Forma Invoice, stating the technical specifications and giving unit and total prices for the item(s). The total pries should be broken down as follows: Net price ex stock; Cost of packing; Transport costs; VAT; Total price.
(i) Delivery address: 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja
(ii) Date of delivery: Please indicate your shortest delivery time
(iii) Terms of payment- Immediately after delivery
(b) Comprehensive company profile
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(d) Evidence of being certified Toyota dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin
(e) Evidence of experience of previous jobs

Only complete quotations and documents received at the physical address or email address indicated not later than 12th December 2014 will be accepted and considered. Please note that you are bound by your offer for 16th January 2015 from deadline of submission of all offers. The successful tender will be selected through a competitive process.
