Background:
The BBC Media Action Nigeria is a part of the international charity arm of the BBC that operates in many countries across the globe. The BBC Media Action Nigeria office requires a firm that can supply some media equipment for use at their Abuja office.
The media equipment should be of the highest quality and backed with necessary manufacturers’ warranty. Thus, we invite you to submit price quotation for the media equipment indicated below;

Guidelines:
- All equipment to be delivered to BBC Media Action office in Abuja
- Indicate on your quotation the expected delivery time for the items
- Quotation to be submitted by email before 1.00p.m, on Friday 3rd April 2015
- Quotation must be inclusive of all shipping costs and relevant taxes
- Evidence of company registration should be attached in mail
- 50% payment upfront and 50% balance on job completion
- Quotations should be submitted via email to: equipment2015@ng.bbcmediaaction.org
- Quotation should remain valid for at least 60days following the deadline submission date
- The rates quoted should be fixed for the duration of the contract and is not subject to any review under any guise
- BBC Media Action reserves the right to purchase all or part of the material listed and to reject any and all quotes
- The BBC anti-bribery act is operational with this request
