Invitation for Bid/Tender
The Board of Directors and Management of American Hospitals Limited cordially invites qualified bidders to submit tenders for the following scope of work.
Description of Work:
The successful bidder will submit a guaranteed lump-sum bid for the complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC/Turnkey) of the proposed American Specialist Hospital for Women and Children at No1 Luanda Crescent, off Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria.
Prospective Bidders Qualifications:
Prospective bidders must have demonstrated competence and experience in execution and delivery of Healthcare Facilities under the Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC/Turnkey) mode of delivery on a project with a minimum value of $15 million. Prospective bidders should possess a minimum of thirty (30) years experience in the delivery of capital projects within the healthcare industry on at least ten (10) separate facilities.
Mandatory Lenders Guarantee:
The successful bidder must meet the mandated Lender’s Guarantee of a thirty percent (30%) performance Guarantee, through the duration of the performance of the contract and two (2) years beyond the contract completion date.

Design documents and outline specifications for the works and bid submittal forms are available to prospective bidders at American Hospital Corporate Headquarters, at No1 Luanda Crescent, off Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja Nigeria.
Bid Submission Deadline:
- All bidders must submit their forms no later than 5th January, 2015
- All responsive bids must be received at the above stated address no later than 12:00 noon on January 5th 2015
