Introduction:

Imperial Health Sciences, the leading logistics and distribution Solution Company in Africa is looking for corporate distribution service providers who wish to partner with Imperial Health Sciences in an ongoing distribution project in Nigeria.

Scope of services:

National warehousing and distribution for pharmaceutical and laboratory products with capacity as follows:

1.       Distribution

• Local government and ward deliveries (milk run distribution) from regional storage locations
• Door to door services
• Medicine and medical products,
• Cold chain commodities handling (2-8 degrees centigrade)

2. Warehousing

• Ambient storage capability of 15 to 25 degrees for Medicine
• Cold chain capabilities (2-8 degrees centigrade)
• Location as stated below
• Capacity; Minimum of 200 pallets

Area of service:

• Calabar – Warehousing and Distribution
• Awka – Warehousing and Distribution
• Abuja – Warehousing (Cold Chain only) and Distribution
• Lagos – Warehousing and Distribution
• Sokoto-Warehousing and Distribution
• Gombe — Warehousing and Distribution

Prequalification Criteria:

• Track record of distribution services in healthcare commodities in Nigeria.

Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
