Advertisement for Catering Services Contractor
Ritman University requires the services of an experienced caterer who shall provide highly professional food services, including balanced healthy variety of foods and beverages, to the students and staff of the institution, at reasonable costs. Caterers, who may wish to be considered and selected as Contractor for Food Service in the University, are required to apply to the University and provide in their application, the following information:
- (a) Typical Breakfast menu varieties to be served daily and costings.
(b) Typical Lunch menu varieties to be served daily and costings.
(c) Typical Dinner menu varieties to be served daily and costings.
(d) Beverages that may be available on request by patrons of the cafeteria and costs.
(2) Pest control regiments for maintaining sanitary services.
(3) Waste disposal and management plans.
(4) Staff control and appearance plans
(5) Proposed opening and closing times for the cafeteria.
(6) Equipment requirement for the kitchen and cafeteria.
(7) Methods and equipment for food preservation.
(8) The expected contract cost.
Costings and contract cost may be negotiated during the interview that applicants will be invited to attend.
Tender documents including all information listed above and others, if any, including a non-refundable tender fee of N150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only in Bank draft or Cashier’s check, made payable to Ritman University, should be mailed or submitted to.
