The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is inviting bids from the public for the sale of the under listed vehicles:
(1) 235 UN 07 Toyota Land Cruiser (Location-UNFPA, UN House Abuja)
(2) 235 UN 09 Toyota Land Cruiser (Location – UNFPA, UN House Abuja)
(3) 235 UN 08 Toyota Land Cruiser (Location-UNFPA, UN House Abuja)
(4) 235 UN 10 Toyota Land Cruiser (Location-UNFPA, UN House Abuja)
The vehicles are available for inspection in the UN House located at Plot 617/618 Diplomatic Zone, Abuja on 22nd and 23rd April 2015 at 2:00 – 3:00p.m. on each of the two days.
Interested members of the public should request for the UNDSSFocal Person at the UN House Security gate. Please note that no person or persons will be allowed into the UN House for the purpose of inspection of vehicles outside the dates and time indicated above.
All vehicles will be sold “as is, where is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items. There will be no refund after payment.
All bids must be sealed and addressed to:

35 Mamman Nasir Street,
Asokoro,
Abuja.
Bids must be RECEIVED at the above UNFPA address not later than 12:00noon, on Tuesday 28th April 2015 and clearly marked “UNFPA SALE OF VEHICLES”.
Successful bidders must pay all customs and import duties on these vehicles to the Nigerian Customs authorities as they were purchased duty free. Furthermore successful bidders shall be required to make payment for the vehicles directly to the UNDP Representative Account within two weeks of receipt of the offer and thereafter must remove the vehicles from the UN premises within 48 hours after effecting payment.
UNFPA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. UNFPA may request a bid bond from intending bidders.
