Request for Proposal (Re-Advertisement)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Nigeria invites proposals from qualified firms   to conduct the following services:

(a)       Mapping of existing legislation and policies in Nigeria designed to combat violence against women, analysis of existing legal and policy frameworks with international standards to identify gaps; and

(b)       Conduct a comparative review of the NPS staff development/training policies against international and regional good practice.

All bids must be submitted in the format specified on the RFP document and clearly marked:

(4)     Request for Proposal-Comparative Review” for the of the NPS staff development/training policies against international and regional good practice

All sealed bids must be received at the UNDP address specified in the RFP document latest by 5:00 pm, on 23^rd February 2015.
